Description

  • Own and achieve the assigned revenue quota across a defined territory or portfolio of named accounts.
  • Lead end-to-end sales execution, including pipeline management, deal strategy, and closed-won outcomes.
  • Develop and execute strategic account and territory plans using whitespace analysis, segmentation, and win/loss insights.
  • Build and expand executive-level relationships across clinical, operational, and financial stakeholders.
  • Lead complex, consultative sales opportunities by identifying customer needs and aligning solutions to business problems.
  • Facilitate ROI-based and outcome-based selling tied to customer business models.
  • Structure and negotiate complex deals within established commercial frameworks.
  • Navigate procurement and legal processes while balancing customer value and company objectives.
  • Use approved AI-enabled tools to improve productivity, prioritization, and quality of outcomes.
  • Validate AI-generated outputs and maintain data accuracy in line with governance requirements.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to independently own and close complex, multi-stakeholder sales opportunities.
  • Strong consultative selling skills, including discovery, objection handling, storytelling, and business case development.
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic account plans within a defined territory or portfolio.
  • Strong collaboration and influence skills to coordinate cross-functional partners.
  • Proficiency with CRM and sales enablement tools for pipeline management, forecasting, and performance tracking.
  • Experience selling SaaS or technology solutions, preferably in healthcare, digital health, or care delivery platforms.
  • Strong understanding of clinical, operational, and financial buyer dynamics in healthcare systems or post-acute care.
  • Experience structuring moderate to high-complexity commercial agreements.
  • Demonstrated ability to use approved AI tools responsibly, including validating outputs, maintaining data accuracy, and following AI/data governance standards.

Benefits

  • US on-target earnings of $151,000 - $162,000 plus benefits.
  • Base salary and commissions as part of the total rewards package.
  • Remote work location in the USA.
  • Potential for individual compensation to vary based on skills, experience, and work location.
