Description

  • Own product strategy, roadmap, and execution for a portion of the Senior Living product suite.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer for an engineering and UX scrum team.
  • Maintain a prioritized backlog and write user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting product artifacts.
  • Partner with engineering leads to manage agile delivery ceremonies and product execution.
  • Collaborate with design, engineering, customer success, and clinical stakeholders to improve the product.
  • Identify, communicate, and mitigate risks across cross-functional teams.
  • Lead products through the full lifecycle from discovery and strategy through delivery and iteration.
  • Use qualitative and quantitative methods to understand customer and user needs and pain points.
  • Prioritize product investments and trade-offs using data-driven analysis and ROI-based business cases.
  • Support launches and releases by working with commercialization, sales, marketing, professional services, and customer success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or computer engineering.
  • 5+ years of software product management experience.
  • Experience managing SaaS products.
  • Experience working with cloud environments, including Azure-hosted environments.
  • Solid understanding of Agile practices.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience working in healthcare technology is a plus.
  • Demonstrated track record of managing products and driving innovation.
  • Curiosity and drive for building great products.
  • Ability to understand the broader product portfolio and competitive landscape.
