Description

  • Own product strategy, roadmap, and execution for a portion of the Senior Living product portfolio.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer for an engineering and UX scrum team.
  • Maintain a prioritized backlog and write user stories, acceptance criteria, and related delivery artifacts.
  • Collaborate with design, engineering, customer success, and clinical stakeholders to improve the product.
  • Identify risks early and coordinate the right cross-functional partners to resolve them.
  • Manage products through the full development lifecycle from discovery and strategy through delivery and iteration.
  • Use qualitative and quantitative research to understand customer and user needs and pain points.
  • Prioritize product investments and trade-offs using data-driven analysis and ROI-based business cases.
  • Partner with commercialization, sales, marketing, professional services, and customer success to support launches and releases.
  • Represent the product at industry events and customer/partner-facing engagements while understanding the competitive landscape.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or computer engineering.
  • 5+ years of software product management experience.
  • Experience working in healthcare technology is a plus.
  • Experience working with cloud environments, specifically Azure-hosted environments.
  • Experience managing SaaS products.
  • Solid understanding of Agile practices.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of managing products and driving innovation.
  • Curiosity and drive for building great products.
  • Willingness to travel to the Mississauga and/or Salt Lake City office for onboarding, team events, and semi-annual/annual meetings for remote roles.
