Description

  • Manage strategic partnerships and a portfolio of enterprise healthcare customers.
  • Develop and deliver joint customer success plans aligned with desired business outcomes.
  • Advise customer executives and internal account teams as a trusted business partner.
  • Apply PointClickCare’s customer success methodology to anticipate challenges and provide solutions.
  • Monitor customer health, identify churn risks, and develop turnaround or save plans for at-risk accounts.
  • Serve as an escalation point and manage customer expectations when needed.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to build, grow, and expand client relationships.
  • Travel to client locations as required.

Requirements

  • Experience in a customer-facing role within a SaaS or technology company.
  • Experience in healthcare sales, account management, or customer success management.
  • Experience managing a book of business focused primarily on enterprise customers.
  • Proven track record of sustaining and growing customer relationships.
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and take initiative in fast-paced settings.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, including interpreting and translating results.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce and/or Gainsight.
  • Passion for improving care markets serving vulnerable populations.
