Description

  • Own the render pipeline that turns raw input data into finished social media assets.
  • Develop and refine prompts, agent loops, and structured outputs that drive media generation.
  • Evaluate and improve the visual quality and polish of shipped content.
  • Collaborate with product, content strategy, engineering, and design partners to deliver the product direction.
  • Build and iterate on generative media workflows spanning image, video, voice, and music.
  • Use shared systems and templates to create scalable outputs rather than one-off content.
  • Move between exploratory proof-of-concept work and customer-facing production work as needed.
  • Lead through craft and influence as a hands-on individual contributor.

Requirements

  • Solid working knowledge of TypeScript and Node.js.
  • Hands-on experience with LLM-driven systems, including prompts, structured outputs, tool-calling, agent loops, and evals.
  • At least one shipped generative media project in image, video, voice, or music that has been used by others.
  • A portfolio or body of work that demonstrates both technical depth and design sensibility.
  • Formal or self-taught grounding in design, visual art, film, or motion.
  • Comfort with both exploratory proof-of-concept work and production polish, with judgment about when each is appropriate.
  • Daily use of Claude Code, Cursor, or similar AI-assisted development tools; fluency with Claude Code is expected.
  • Familiarity with MCPs and how tools like Figma, Notion, and Linear connect into AI-assisted workflows.
  • A personal creator practice such as a feed, portfolio, side project, YouTube channel, or Are.na profile is a bonus.
  • Experience experimenting with new prompts and sharing learnings is preferred.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with non-engineers across product, design, and content strategy.
