Description

  • Integrate Amazon Bedrock (Claude) into the Canopy and Trellis applications.
  • Build context-aware prompts that incorporate real portfolio data.
  • Design, maintain, and expand AI prompt templates and the prompt library.
  • Implement configuration-driven model selection to balance capability and inference cost.
  • Enable and route prompt and response audit logs to centralized logging.
  • Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and software engineers to identify AI/ML opportunities.
  • Implement and deploy AI/ML algorithms and models into production environments.
  • Optimize and fine-tune AI/ML models for accuracy and efficiency.
  • Conduct experiments, analyze data, and present findings to stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for AI/ML algorithms, models, and solutions.
  • Stay current with AI/ML research and apply relevant advances to the platform.
  • Mentor junior AI/ML engineers and provide technical guidance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Ideally 5+ years of experience building AI models with machine learning, NLP, and deep learning.
  • Strong experience in prompt engineering.
  • Strong interest in AI and a desire to do AI research.
  • Proficiency in Python and the Python ecosystem for AI/ML development.
  • Familiarity with LLM concepts, information retrieval, recommendation engines, and predictive AI.
  • Data engineering skills, including writing scripts to move, clean, and shape data for LLM use.
  • Familiarity with tooling and APIs for inference engines hosted elsewhere, such as OpenAI.
  • Good software engineering background.
  • Experience working with huge datasets in a production environment is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to present technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Familiarity with Python libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Scikit-Learn.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
