Description

  • Lead the Acute & Payer business unit as General Manager with full P&L accountability.
  • Set the strategic vision and market expansion plan across Health System, Health Plan, and Convener markets.
  • Manage revenue growth, EBITDA performance, and cost discipline while scaling the business beyond $100M in annual revenue.
  • Drive the strategy and commercialization of AI-powered products across the portfolio.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering on packaging, pricing, and go-to-market plans for new capabilities.
  • Deepen integration and cross-sell across acquired and combined products to support organic growth.
  • Incorporate the voice of the customer into strategy and product roadmap decisions.
  • Identify strategic partnerships and M&A opportunities to expand capabilities.
  • Own the end-to-end customer experience, including engagement, retention, and long-term value.
  • Build and lead a high-performing organization with scalable processes, succession planning, and talent development.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience as a business or P&L leader in complex, multi-product SaaS organizations within healthcare.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, technology, or a related field required.
  • MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven experience owning full P&L accountability, including revenue growth and EBITDA margin management.
  • Experience scaling businesses beyond $100M in annual revenue.
  • Strong experience integrating and cross-selling across acquired or combined product portfolios.
  • Demonstrated ability to shape and commercialize AI-powered or emerging technology solutions.
  • Track record of building, leading, and developing high-performing teams, including succession planning and organizational design.
  • Broad general management experience spanning strategy, go-to-market execution, operations, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Experience in Health System, Health Plan, or Convener markets, with familiarity in care coordination or decision support solutions considered an asset.
  • Experience supporting M&A integration, strategic partnerships, and executive-level stakeholder engagement.
