Description

  • Review and label clinical data to ensure alignment, agreement, and timely correct results.
  • Assist subject matter experts in evaluating annotations and model results.
  • Provide clinical expertise on workflows based on experience documenting in the EHR.
  • Help resolve disputes and discrepancies among clinical subject matter experts on labeled data.
  • Work with research staff, product teams, and other stakeholders to identify requirements.
  • Educate technical and non-technical audiences on complex clinical aspects of AI solutions.
  • Advocate for the quality and clinical accuracy of AI solutions in collaboration with technical teams.

Requirements

  • RN or NP degree with a valid current license.
  • 7+ years of nursing experience.
  • Preference for long-term/post-acute care (LTPAC) and management experience.
  • Healthcare informatics knowledge or equivalent technical background.
  • Strong understanding of AI concepts such as hallucinations, omissions, LLM, NLP, and ML.
  • Experience and familiarity with PointClickCare products.
  • Experience and familiarity with data labeling software.
  • Ability to perform extensive data manipulation on a computer for extended periods.
  • Understanding of statistical measures used to drive interannotator agreement.
  • Ability to quickly master new software, concepts, technologies, and systems.
  • Ability to review nuanced clinical concepts and categorize them appropriately.
  • Ability to engage and drive consensus among SMEs with varying specialties and expertise.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Availability to work a variable weekday schedule of 24 hours per week across three 8-hour shifts, with flexibility as needed.
