Description

  • Design, prototype, and test AI-driven tools, agents, and workflow automations.
  • Identify repetitive, high-volume work with team leads and convert it into automated or AI-assisted solutions.
  • Build automation for internal feedback loops between teams.
  • Evaluate AI platforms, frameworks, and tools and recommend practical applications.
  • Document and hand off solutions for ongoing maintenance, extension, and scaling.
  • Present project results and recommendations to Center of Expertise leadership.

Requirements

  • Be a rising junior or senior pursuing a bachelor’s degree, or a graduate student at an accredited college or university.
  • Preferably study Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field.
  • Have strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Have hands-on experience with at least one programming language; Python is preferred.
  • Understand AI and large language model concepts, with demonstrated interest through coursework, projects, or hackathons.
  • Be comfortable working with APIs, scripting, and system integrations.
  • Be proficient with Windows and Microsoft Office.
  • Work independently with limited direction in a fast-paced environment as a motivated self-starter.
