Description

  • Design, develop, and implement master data management solutions, preferably using IBM MDM Standard Edition.
  • Write complex queries and perform data profiling and analysis using Excel, Python, or similar tools.
  • Work with MS SQL, Oracle, or DB2 databases and create DML, DDL, stored procedures, and joins.
  • Use Core Java, Python, and Shell Script to support development and integration work.
  • Troubleshoot software incidents and problems and provide effective resolutions.
  • Collaborate with technical and business teams and translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language.
  • Assist with effort estimation for RFP responses.
  • Mentor junior team members.
  • Work with cloud technologies and support solutions in AWS or Azure environments.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of IT experience with a focus on MDM or patient identity matching implementation.
  • 4–6 years of hands-on experience with IBM MDM Standard Edition preferred.
  • Proficiency in Core Java, Python, and Shell Script.
  • Experience with MS SQL, Oracle, or DB2 and strong complex query-writing ability.
  • Knowledge of data profiling, data analysis, and ETL processes.
  • Intermediate experience with cloud technologies, especially AWS or Azure.
  • Strong troubleshooting and incident/problem management skills.
  • Familiarity with SDLC, Agile, JIRA, and Confluence.
  • Excellent communication skills for working with technical and business stakeholders.
  • Preferred experience in DevOps, CI/CD, data modeling and mining, large-scale enterprise MDM implementations, Java enterprise development, Spring Boot, EJB, and cloud migration from on-premise systems.
