Description

  • Serve as the principal implementation liaison and document customer requirements throughout the project.
  • Lead business discovery sessions and recommend delivery approaches that support customer outcomes.
  • Translate technical requirements into system configuration and setup.
  • Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across customer databases.
  • Assess and validate implementation plans and coordinate communication among project stakeholders.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve configuration issues with strong attention to detail.
  • Update and maintain training databases to reflect new releases, enhancements, and best practices.
  • Identify configuration improvements that increase efficiency and improve customer outcomes.
  • Support customer change management, including user readiness and acceptance planning.
  • Test, pilot, and document new professional services offerings.
  • Develop expertise in multiple product offerings and the end-to-end solution.
  • Travel to customer sites and regional meetings as needed to lead meetings and presentations.

Requirements

  • 2-4+ years of experience in a software implementation role.
  • Post-secondary education in a business- or technology-related field preferred.
  • Previous experience configuring or implementing a software solution preferred.
  • Experience with database testing and end-user support preferred.
  • Consulting experience in a software organization performing workflow analysis and delivering recommendations.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, collaboration, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and adherence to quality validation processes.
  • Experience working on multiple project teams simultaneously while balancing milestones and objectives.
  • Proven ability to take accountability, show initiative, and deliver results.
  • Self-starter who can work independently, prioritize effectively, adapt to changing priorities, and maintain a flexible approach.
  • Healthcare market experience preferred.
  • Must be willing to travel up to 30% to customer sites and regional meetings.
