Description

  • Work directly with Engineering and Product teams to deliver products with a strong user and customer experience.
  • Maintain a healthy, prioritized backlog and write user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting artifacts.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer for a scrum team that includes engineering and UX.
  • Partner with engineering leads to manage product delivery ceremonies and execution.
  • Continuously assess opportunities to improve products and services.
  • Identify, communicate, and coordinate risk management with the right stakeholders in a timely way.
  • Oversee the data-to-insight pipeline, including ingestion, cataloguing, normalization, model training, and deployment.
  • Work with engineering, data, and AI platform teams to ensure seamless data flow.
  • Work with customers to help ensure product-market fit.
  • Partner with Senior Product Managers for guidance and mentorship as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or a healthcare-related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in product management or a related discipline, preferably in a health tech SaaS business.
  • Experience with SaaS, Big Data, and AI/ML is preferred.
  • Understanding of healthcare data such as Quality Programs and Claims.
  • Familiarity with data structures, SQL, Python, BI tools such as PowerBI, React, and Databricks.
  • Experience managing, receiving, and delivering timely reports to a variety of team members.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Operations, and other teams.
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced work style.
  • Demonstrated ability to create and execute plans to achieve desired results.
  • Experience contributing to and executing on a product roadmap.
  • Experience in product lifecycle, forecasting, and launch planning is preferred.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority and help solve complex problems.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor communication to different audiences.
  • Ability to investigate, gather, and document detailed information regarding defects.
