Description

  • Provide administrative support to one or more investment teams, including portfolio managers and research analysts.
  • Partner with investment teams to reduce workload and improve efficiency.
  • Manage calendars, conference calls, appointments, conference rooms, and meeting logistics.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements.
  • Create and process expense reports.
  • Manage phone coverage for the team and set up conference calls as needed.
  • Support elements of the research process and conduct research and data aggregation.
  • Perform personal assistant functions such as scheduling and reservations when required.
  • Identify workflow improvements and help develop solutions to optimize team operations.
  • Maintain relationships with brokers to support corporate access in partnership with Compliance.
  • Follow internal policies and approval processes, including compliance requirements.
  • Work on special projects as needed.

Requirements

  • Strong industry knowledge.
  • Ability to multitask and anticipate assignments while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
  • Experience researching and organizing earnings calls and conference dates.
  • Proactive workflow management and strong communication skills.
  • Desire to take on more responsibility and contribute to the investment process.
  • Demonstrated sustained top performance as a PM administrative assistant.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously with very little direction.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
