Description

  • Own and scale Point’s direct-to-consumer direct mail prescreen program, its highest-volume marketing channel.
  • Develop and test advanced targeting strategies, including triggers, third-party list buys, and ITAs, to grow volume efficiently.
  • Analyze campaign performance across direct mail and digital channels to measure ROI and identify optimizations.
  • Partner with Marketing Analytics and Data Science to validate prescreen criteria, audience scoring models, and forecasting.
  • Write creative briefs and lead cross-functional development, iteration, and testing of creative concepts across mail and digital channels.
  • Work with creative/content teams and external agencies to ensure messaging accuracy, compliance, and brand consistency.
  • Coordinate across Data Science, Creative/Content, and Marketing Analytics teams to align targeting, creative, and measurement.
  • Manage relationships with agencies and vendors to ensure timely, high-quality, performance-oriented delivery.
  • Run experiments on creative, targeting, and mail decision optimization to support growth while managing risk.
  • Oversee complex, multi-workstream projects and manage direct mail and cross-channel acquisition budgets.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in growth or performance marketing.
  • 3+ years managing prescreen direct mail programs at scale (3M+ mail pieces per month), ideally in consumer lending or financial services, required.
  • Hands-on ability to write SQL queries and conduct independent performance analysis is desired.
  • Experience authoring creative briefs and managing creative development, testing, and production workflows.
  • Proven ability to partner effectively across technical and creative teams.
  • Experience orchestrating multi-channel acquisition strategies, including direct mail, digital, email, and retargeting.
  • Strong project management and communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree is a plus.
  • Experience in consumer lending or financial services is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to work remotely while residing in one of Point’s approved states of operation.
