Description

  • Analyze consumer reviews, sales data, and performance metrics across eCommerce platforms.
  • Translate performance insights into actionable recommendations to improve product positioning and conversion.
  • Present findings and recommendations to internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor and optimize digital shelf performance, including search visibility, rankings, and share of shelf.
  • Identify opportunities to improve product discoverability and conversion across platforms.
  • Lead and execute improvements to product detail pages, including copy, images, and page structure.
  • Partner with local market teams to localize and optimize content across APAC markets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and regional teams.
  • Manage multiple projects and ensure timely execution across markets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, or related roles.
  • Proven experience working with eCommerce platforms such as Amazon, Lazada, Shopee, Taobao, Coupang, or Naver.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
  • Experience using tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, or similar for data analysis.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, regional environment.
  • Experience with digital shelf analytics or consumer insights tools (nice to have).
  • Exposure to SEO, content optimization, or performance marketing (nice to have).
  • Experience working across multiple APAC markets (nice to have).
