Description

  • Own the performance marketing program end-to-end across budget, strategy, and revenue outcomes.
  • Build evergreen paid programs from a nascent starting point and test new verticals, audiences, and channels through structured pilots.
  • Lead creative strategy by briefing, creating, and editing ad creative to maintain high creative velocity.
  • Run structured tests across hooks, formats, messaging, and audiences to improve campaign performance.
  • Optimize the full funnel by tuning bidding, targeting, landing pages, and conversion rate optimization.
  • Work directly with sales to troubleshoot lead quality issues, unblock stalled deals, and help move opportunities forward.
  • Build dashboards, pivot tables, and executive-ready reporting to analyze performance and communicate insights.
  • Document successful plays and share learnings to make winning tactics repeatable at scale.

Requirements

  • 4–7+ years of performance or growth marketing experience.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on paid social campaign management experience.
  • Meta experience required; LinkedIn, TikTok, Reddit, and YouTube experience is a plus.
  • B2B marketing experience is strongly preferred.
  • Experience building paid social programs from the ground up, not just optimizing mature campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of media buying mechanics, including targeting, creative launches, ad operations, testing, incrementality, and campaign diagnostics.
  • Proficiency with analytics tools such as Looker, Tableau, and Excel/Sheets; SQL is a plus.
  • Strong creative instincts and the ability to brief, edit, and evaluate ad creative.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into strategic insights for executive and finance stakeholders.
  • Experience implementing and troubleshooting MarTech tracking, including pixels, server-side tracking, GTM, and conversion APIs, is a strong plus.
