Description

  • Drive market development and achieve sales targets for pet healthcare and veterinary medical products across CIS countries, including Russia and Kazakhstan.
  • Develop and manage regional distributors, agents, representatives, and key accounts to expand channel coverage and build long-term partnerships.
  • Lead go-to-market activities for veterinary product lines, including commercial negotiations, contract execution, and order follow-up.
  • Partner with internal teams to support product optimization, delivery, and after-sales service to ensure successful project and order fulfillment.
  • Continuously gather and report regional market insights, including competitive landscape, regulatory requirements, and policy updates.
  • Provide feedback from the regional market to headquarters to support business decisions and product strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above is required; a Russian major is preferred.
  • Professional fluency in Russian is required for use as a working language.
  • Experience in international or cross-border sales and trade of healthcare products, such as medical devices, IVD, or veterinary medical products.
  • Experience in veterinary medicine or animal health products is strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with overseas B2B sales models is required.
  • Strong channel development and commercial negotiation skills are required.
  • Willingness to travel internationally is required.
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-cultural business environments is required.
  • Results-driven with strong execution and the ability to independently drive regional business growth.
