Description

  • Develop and execute a business plan to exceed sales goals across the DACH territory.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through closing.
  • Drive net-new logo acquisition through outbound prospecting and activity.
  • Help customers understand Cribl’s value throughout the sales process.
  • Communicate the value proposition across stakeholders from engineers to CxOs.
  • Forecast accurately and consistently hit sales targets.
  • Work with channel partners to generate net-new business.
  • Operate effectively across time zones and occasionally outside standard working hours.
  • Build and manage a territory from the ground up.
  • Apply a structured sales process, including MEDDIC, to complex opportunities.

Requirements

  • Ability to conduct business in German, both verbally and in writing, is required.
  • 4+ years of experience in a full-cycle SaaS sales role.
  • Proven track record of achieving targets in a lead-generation role.
  • Experience developing pipeline and opening new accounts.
  • Demonstrated history of annual overachievement.
  • Experience navigating complex sales cycles.
  • Experience selling SaaS products to Security and IT personas.
  • Experience selling through security channel partners.
  • Success building a territory from scratch.
  • Background using MEDDIC.
  • Strong accountability and ownership in meeting commitments.
  • Resourcefulness, problem-solving ability, and customer focus.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of €96,200 to €130,000 EUR.
