Description

  • Own the renewal lifecycle by negotiating and finalizing renewals with customer decision-makers and end-users.
  • Drive customer retention and revenue expansion within an assigned book of business.
  • Partner with sales and customer adoption/customer success teams to identify renewal and expansion opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement customer retention and expansion initiatives.
  • Analyze renewal data and customer feedback to improve the renewal process and customer experience.
  • Build positive relationships with customers and internal stakeholders throughout the renewal process.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in sales, contract renewals, or customer success.
  • Demonstrated success driving the renewals process with high renewal rates and revenue retention.
  • Strong understanding of the drivers of business success across industry sectors.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform strategy and decision-making.
  • Ability to work in a role where visa sponsorship is not available.
  • Experience in software, observability, or a related technology environment is preferred.
