Description

  • Lead major information technology projects from initiation through production implementation.
  • Oversee service delivery and contract execution across multiple customer engagements and workstreams.
  • Manage Office 365 implementations and migrations, including email, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
  • Support Modern Endpoint Management, Azure deployments and migrations, Data and AI deployments, Microsoft D365, PowerApps, and custom development efforts.
  • Lead cross-functional IT project teams including engineers, architects, cloud strategists, and other project managers.
  • Create, manage, and control project schedules, milestones, implementation plans, status reports, agendas, and meeting minutes.
  • Develop and implement risk management, change management, quality assurance, performance, and control measures.
  • Maintain program-level budgets across multiple SOWs and workstreams for a single customer.
  • Communicate project status, issues, risks, and budget updates to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Gather, prioritize, and refine requirements with internal and external stakeholders and develop what-if scenarios to support decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree is required.
  • 7 to 10 years of experience as a Technical Project Manager, ideally in a Microsoft Office 365 environment.
  • Experience managing large, complex IT projects and handling multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience working with both Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
  • Experience with project planning, forecasting, risk management, project tracking, and budget monitoring.
  • Ability to understand complex technical requirements and present technical information to senior leadership.
  • Ability to effectively lead customers through technical assessment and solution architecture discussions.
  • Strong Microsoft suite knowledge, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Azure DevOps, and OnePlan.
  • PMP certification or another project management certification is required.
  • Preferred technical certifications include Microsoft Azure Fundamentals, Microsoft 365 Fundamentals, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Fundamentals, and Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals.
  • US citizenship and clearability are required, with up to a 10-year background investigation possible.
