Description

  • Capture, analyze, and synthesize business requirements into clear, detailed, prioritized user stories.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to define user stories at functional and technical levels and ensure feasibility.
  • Maintain and prioritize the product backlog in line with product objectives using agile methods such as Scrum.
  • Participate in agile ceremonies including refinement, planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Support the team in estimating user stories and tasks for effective sprint planning.
  • Serve as the main point of contact between stakeholders and the development team.
  • Identify and prioritize high-impact features to maximize delivered business value.
  • Understand end-user needs, propose solutions, and ensure the product delivers tangible value.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role within agile teams.
  • Strong functional analysis experience and experience defining user stories.
  • Sufficient technical knowledge to work with development teams and detail technical requirements.
  • Proficiency in agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
  • Experience managing product backlogs, prioritizing tasks, and working with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication skills for working with stakeholders and development teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience with JIRA and Azure DevOps for project and backlog management.
  • Basic knowledge of UX/UI and user-centered design principles.
  • Familiarity with DevOps principles and continuous delivery practices.
  • Fluent English is mandatory.
