Description

  • Own and grow a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts, driving expansion and net-new revenue.
  • Lead complex sales cycles involving technical, product, and executive stakeholders.
  • Craft and present business-focused value stories that tie Plaid’s solutions to customer outcomes.
  • Partner with Solutions Engineering, Account Management, Product, and other cross-functional teams to close deals and expand use cases.
  • Identify industry trends, competitive dynamics, and customer needs to refine sales strategy.
  • Contribute to scaling the enterprise sales motion by sharing insights, improving processes, and mentoring others.
  • Collaborate with your account pod, including outbound sales development, account management, technical account management, and implementation partners.
  • Generate new enterprise deals across multiple verticals within Plaid’s Enterprise segment.

Requirements

  • 9+ years of quota-carrying experience in a new revenue role.
  • 4+ years of experience focused on enterprise customers.
  • Proven track record of closing enterprise-level deals.
  • Ability to sell a technical solution to a business buyer.
  • Experience developing and delivering compelling value stories at the executive level.
  • Strong prospecting, qualification, and negotiation skills.
  • Consultative, product-centric sales approach.
  • Experience partnering with cross-functional teams and executing a territory- or vertical-focused revenue strategy.
  • Strong command of executive-level conversations and comfort facilitating technical discussions with Solutions Engineers and Technical Account Managers.
  • Excitement to work in a high-growth environment and help build processes, tools, and playbooks.

Benefits

  • $303,600 to $330,000 annual on-target earnings, including commission.
  • OTE varies by location zone across the U.S.
  • Full-time remote position.
