Description

  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in ADP Workforce Now, including new hires, job changes, terminations, and supporting documents.
  • Manage onboarding processes, including background screening, I-9 completion, benefits enrollment, and first-day coordination.
  • Handle offboarding activities such as post-employment documentation, exit surveys, and final pay.
  • Support administration of company benefit plans and help ensure team members understand and access their benefits.
  • Assist with leave of absence and reasonable accommodation administration in partnership with HR leadership.
  • Serve as primary backup for payroll processing, including weekly and bi-weekly runs, pay updates, bonus and incentive pay, and benefit change tracking.
  • Maintain the monthly scorecard program for property team members and their leaders.
  • Help update and interpret the team member handbook and support development of new policies as needed.
  • Assist with employee relations investigations, audits, reporting, and employment compliance documentation.
  • Support or facilitate training on employee relations, compliance, harassment prevention, and manager best practices.
  • Manage the People Experience Team inbox and respond to day-to-day team member questions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in a related HR role.
  • Working knowledge of U.S. employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Strong foundational knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and SharePoint.
  • Experience with Power Automate tools is a plus.
  • Bi-lingual Spanish strongly preferred.
  • Prior experience adapting to new technologies, with interest in workflow automations and AI.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Ability to exercise exceptional judgment and escalate appropriately when needed.
  • Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize effectively in a high-growth, fast-changing environment.
  • Must be legally authorized to work as a contractor and/or work in the country of residence.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
