Description

  • Lead company-level Identity and Product Safety programs across multiple teams and organizations.
  • Own the multi-year roadmap and execution plan for identity and account protection initiatives.
  • Drive programs for identity and access modernization, account recovery hardening, and bot and account takeover reduction.
  • Partner with safety, product, and policy teams to design protections against scams, fraud, deceptive content, and unsafe click-outs.
  • Support initiatives that improve age detection, age-appropriate experiences, and youth safety compliance.
  • Provide technical and domain leadership on identity, access, safety, and abuse systems.
  • Clarify risks, trade-offs, and options to help teams make fast, high-quality decisions.
  • Design and run program governance mechanisms such as reviews, health checks, and incident follow-ups.
  • Define and maintain metrics that tie engineering work to outcomes like fewer takeovers, less spam, and better recovery success.
  • Use generative AI to accelerate roadmaps, briefs, status updates, and decision summaries.
  • Partner with engineers and data teams to test AI-powered workflows that improve program execution.
  • Build strong relationships and communicate clearly with Engineering, Product, Trust & Safety, Operations, Policy, Legal, executives, and frontline teams.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in technical program management or a similar role leading large cross-functional engineering programs.
  • Experience in trust and safety, security, identity, integrity, anti-abuse, fraud, account access, or privacy at consumer or enterprise scale.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical or quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Ability to ramp up quickly on complex technical domains such as identity and access management, detection systems, infrastructure, and experimentation.
  • Proven ability to help teams make sound technical trade-offs under ambiguity.
  • Experience delivering multi-quarter programs with multiple teams, dependencies, and stakeholders.
  • Strong command of program governance, including charters, milestones, dependency and risk management, and metrics.
  • Comfort working with data and basic tooling such as dashboards, metrics, and lightweight analysis.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong relationship-building and influence skills across engineering, product, design, operations, and legal/policy.
  • Demonstrated ability to use generative AI to improve speed and quality of program work, with careful validation and risk mitigation.
  • Track record of mentoring TPMs or technical leaders and improving program management practices.
  • Familiarity with industry best practices for account security, abuse prevention, and safety/integrity measurement.
  • Willingness to work in the office 1-2 times per quarter for in-person collaboration.
  • This position is not eligible for relocation assistance.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $123,684 to $254,644 USD for US-based applicants.
  • Eligible for equity.
  • Flexible PinFlex working model with in-person collaboration 1-2 times per quarter.
