Description

  • Lead operational delivery for high-complexity client accounts.
  • Advise client executives and senior leaders on operational performance and strategy.
  • Translate data, trends, root causes, and risks into executive-ready insights and recommendations.
  • Develop operational strategies aligned with client objectives and enterprise capabilities.
  • Identify systemic issues, emerging risks, and optimization opportunities.
  • Lead complex issue analysis, root cause investigations, escalations, and resolution strategies.
  • Guide clients through operational changes and performance improvement initiatives.
  • Lead operational reviews, strategic client discussions, presentations, and executive communications.
  • Coordinate internal account strategy discussions and align stakeholders on priorities and action plans.
  • Mentor Client Delivery staff and contribute to delivery frameworks, training, process optimization, and enterprise improvements.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, operations, or a related field preferred.
  • 4–6 years of experience in healthcare operations, revenue cycle, client-facing roles, or related environments.
  • Deep understanding of operational workflows, data interpretation, and client support models.
  • Advanced analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including client-facing presentations.
  • Ability to independently manage client relationships and operational discussions.
  • Proven ability to influence without authority in cross-functional environments.
  • Consultative, strategic, and problem-solving mindset focused on continuous improvement and long-term client value.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, professional judgment, and decision-making ability.
  • Regular attendance, adaptability, professional client presence, and willingness to receive and apply feedback.
