Description

  • Collaborate with practice leaders, business development, operations, and regional teams to develop proposal responses.
  • Lead proposals from initial creation through final bid submission.
  • Manage responses including RFPs, Requests for Information, Cost Opinions, and Statements of Qualification.
  • Review and measure the quality of proposals prepared by others.
  • Collect, analyze, and communicate proposal and Proposal Support Team metrics and KPIs.
  • Support continuous process improvement through after-action reviews, process scoring, and lessons-learned initiatives.
  • Potentially lead part of the Proposal Support Team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in English, liberal arts, business, engineering, marketing, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience developing and producing proposals; pharmaceutical industry experience preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong proposal coordination, planning, organization, communication, and resource management skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills and a professional demeanor.
  • Ability to manage large volumes of information, multitask, shift priorities, and meet deadlines while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
  • Strong Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills; customer relationship management database experience desired.
  • Experience working with Adobe and Microsoft templates and maintaining corporate presentation standards.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including additional hours when needed to meet deadlines.
  • Collaborative team-player mindset with the ability to support a range of tasks and maintain proactive communication.
