Description

  • Design, build, and support scalable enterprise solutions across Oracle EBS and finance systems.
  • Serve as a senior technical expert for Oracle EBS Financials, including design, development, customization, troubleshooting, and optimization.
  • Lead integrations between Oracle EBS and internal/external platforms using APIs, middleware, event-driven patterns, and cloud-native approaches.
  • Build and enhance finance-related services and integration components on AWS and related cloud technologies.
  • Contribute to internal Oracle MCP and AI-powered components for automation and engineering productivity.
  • Apply AI in engineering workflows such as system analysis, documentation, debugging, and automation.
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions in partnership with cross-functional engineering teams.
  • Own end-to-end solution delivery, including architecture, development, testing, deployment, monitoring, and support.
  • Evaluate current finance architecture and processes to modernize integrations, simplify workflows, strengthen controls, and improve maintainability.
  • Ensure SDLC, change management, and SOX-compliant controls across enterprise finance applications and integrations.
  • Partner with Finance and IT on ERP modernization and cloud transformation initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 15+ years of progressive experience designing, developing, integrating, and supporting Oracle EBS solutions in large-scale enterprise environments.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Oracle EBS components, APIs, web services, middleware, and enterprise integration patterns.
  • Experience building internal platform capabilities such as Oracle MCP tools, reusable enterprise components, or AI-enabled engineering tools is a plus.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted development and enterprise AI use cases, including validating outputs responsibly in regulated environments.
  • Strong technical knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle APIs, EBS extension frameworks, reporting tools, and related Oracle development technologies.
  • Experience with Oracle SOA Suite, WebLogic, REST APIs, messaging systems, and cloud integration platforms.
  • Solid experience with AWS services and cloud-native development for integration services, automation, and scalable backend systems.
  • Proven ability to lead technical initiatives across architecture, design, development, issue resolution, release management, and production support.
  • Strong knowledge of SOX controls, audit requirements, security, and change management practices in ERP and financial systems.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills across Finance, IT, platform teams, and external partners.
  • Strong problem-solving, systems thinking, and engineering judgment for delivering secure, scalable, high-quality enterprise solutions.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $158,765 to $326,870 USD for US-based applicants.
  • Eligible for equity.
  • Flexible PinFlex working model.
  • In-office collaboration only 1-2 times every 6 months.
  • Role can be situated anywhere in the country.
