Description

  • Drive Ads product strategy by identifying opportunities, generating insights, and supporting data-driven decision-making aligned to business objectives.
  • Translate ambiguous business questions into structured analytical problems and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Partner with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to understand challenges and deliver analytical solutions.
  • Establish and uphold data integrity, consistency, and reliability standards across analyses and outputs.
  • Act as a strategic thought partner to product managers, engineering leaders, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Define the analytical roadmap and guide execution of high-impact data initiatives.
  • Connect revenue performance with product actions and performance metrics in collaboration with BizOps, Finance, and Strategy teams.
  • Communicate complex findings and recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical senior stakeholders.
  • Share best practices in data analysis, strategic thinking, and communication with the broader Data Science team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or Business Analytics, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8+ years of combined post-graduate academic and industry experience applying advanced analytical methods to complex business problems on large-scale data.
  • Experience in a fast-paced tech environment is preferred.
  • Strong business acumen and product sense with the ability to turn strategic questions into analytical frameworks and recommendations.
  • Understanding of the ads ecosystem, monetization mechanics, and/or real-time bidding.
  • Strong interest in the financial aspects of ads and monetization domains.
  • Experience with data democratization principles, including designing and maintaining foundational datasets and business intelligence solutions.
  • Strong fundamentals in statistics and experimentation, including causal inference techniques.
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional partners and senior leadership through data narratives and strategic insights.
  • Proficiency in SQL and Python, with experience using data visualization tools such as Tableau or Looker.

  • Base salary range of $164,695 to $339,078 USD for US-based applicants.
  • Eligible for equity.
  • Flexible work model with in-office collaboration 1-2 times per quarter.
  • Role can be situated anywhere in the country.
