Description

  • Own high-impact measurement, conversion, and AI-related design projects from problem framing through execution and iteration.
  • Design end-to-end advertiser workflows for tracking conversions, running measurement studies, interpreting performance, and taking action.
  • Translate complex data and technical concepts into clear interaction patterns, visualizations, narratives, and in-product education.
  • Shape the UX vision for Measurement & Conversions as a centralized destination for performance understanding and decision-making.
  • Partner closely with product management, engineering, research, content design, and PMM to develop user-centric, data-informed solutions.
  • Manage and incorporate feedback from stakeholders across the company.
  • Work with engineers through implementation and quality assurance.
  • Uphold a high standard of design execution across the team.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Design or equivalent.
  • Experience designing B2B tools, ideally in advertising or enterprise ecosystems.
  • Proven experience envisioning, shipping, and iterating on digital ad products with product and engineering partners.
  • A portfolio demonstrating strong design craft, prototyping ability, product thinking, and measurable impact.
  • Fluency prototyping with AI-assisted tools such as Figma Make, Cursor, and Claude.
  • Ability to balance multiple stakeholders and lead multiple concurrent workstreams.
  • Clear, confident communication skills for explaining complex design decisions and tradeoffs.
  • Experience designing within and extending design systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high bar for quality across flows, states, and edge cases.
  • Bachelor’s degree in design, a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with layout, typography, color, and core interaction and information design principles.
  • High self-awareness and a growth mindset, with openness to feedback.

  • Base salary range of $132,415 to $272,619 USD for US-based applicants.
  • Eligibility for equity.
  • Remote-friendly role with in-office collaboration required only 1-2 times every 6 months.
  • Position can be based anywhere in the country.
