Description

  • Oversee deferred revenue accounting activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close processes.
  • Partner with stakeholder teams to ensure revenue accounting data is accurate and complete.
  • Execute and maintain internal controls to mitigate financial risks.
  • Support external audits by providing accurate and timely information.
  • Drive process improvements and automation within Revenue Operations to improve efficiency and scalability.
  • Leverage AI-driven analytics and automation tools to streamline reconciliations and improve deferred revenue accounting accuracy.
  • Perform special projects as needed to support business growth.

Requirements

  • Big 4 accounting firm or similar experience.
  • 3+ years of revenue accounting experience in a technology or high-growth company operating in a SOX environment.
  • Strong understanding of GAAP and the ability to research technical accounting topics.
  • Strong understanding of ASC 606.
  • Experience with Oracle R12, Salesforce.com, or similar systems.
  • Strong Excel skills; experience with Tableau or other BI tools is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and balance technical rigor with operational practicality.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to explain your approach and collaborate effectively with AI during the interview process.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $81,921 to $168,660 USD for US-based applicants.
  • Eligible for equity.
  • Remote-first PinFlex working model with in-office collaboration only 1-2 times per quarter.
  • Position can be situated anywhere in the country.
  • Relocation assistance is not provided.
