Description

  • Oversee recruiting across multiple domains, including Product Design, Research, Content Design, Technical Program Management, and IT/Operations.
  • Develop and execute sourcing plans using talent pooling, market mapping, and competitor analysis.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers, HR, Compensation, and sourcing partners to align recruiting strategy with business goals.
  • Manage pipeline activity, maintain data integrity, and provide data-driven updates to stakeholders.
  • Lead recruiting operations improvements, including recruiter onboarding, training, performance expectations, and hiring strategy execution.
  • Drive the offer process, including negotiations and candidate closing.
  • Use AI to translate hiring needs into search strategies, map the talent landscape, and craft personalized outreach.
  • Support an inclusive and human candidate experience throughout the recruiting process.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, with a focus on Product Design.
  • Proven experience engaging passive candidates and building diverse pipelines.
  • Strong ability to provide inclusive candidate experiences.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to diagnose issues, prioritize work, and communicate tradeoffs, risks, and insights.
  • Ability to work in a fluid, fast-paced, evolving environment while staying organized and accountable.
  • Quick to ramp on new recruiting tools and workflows such as ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, sourcing platforms, and scheduling tools.
  • Comfort using AI as a partner in recruiting, with an understanding of responsible use, privacy, and inclusion.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with non-engineering technical recruiting domains such as research, content design, TPM, or IT/Operations is implied by the role scope.

  • Base salary range of $120,321 to $247,718 USD for US-based applicants.
  • Eligible for equity.
