Description

  • Serve as the primary day-to-day strategic and technical contact for sales teams and clients activating performance campaigns.
  • Become the region’s go-to resource for Pinterest campaign best practices and performance-related opportunities.
  • Provide consultative support to improve customer satisfaction, product adoption, and revenue expansion.
  • Translate complex processes and products into clear, digestible guidance for non-technical audiences.
  • Partner with sellers to scale adoption of new performance products and campaign best practices.
  • Provide strategic thought leadership to top-tier clients across the USA and Canada region.
  • Identify client and advertiser issues and propose solutions through automation, product improvements, or people support.
  • Adapt best practices to local market needs and act as a connector between internal and external stakeholders.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues that may block lower-funnel revenue.
  • Measure process and program impact and contribute to more efficient workflows and data-driven best practices.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant client-facing, hands-on experience in digital advertising with responsibility in ad tech, ad ops, and/or campaign management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business or Marketing, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with tagging and tracking QA and support, including working with HTML, CSS, or JavaScript.
  • Expertise in digital advertising and media sales, including campaign optimization, analytical problem solving, sales-facing work, technical troubleshooting, and product/platform knowledge.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate with engineers, frontline sales employees, and senior leaders.
  • Structured, detail-oriented problem solver who can work at both conceptual and tactical levels.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment and deliver results independently without waiting for direction.
  • Technical foundation in Search, Shopping, Display, and/or Social advertising technologies.
  • Working knowledge of API implementation and benefits, such as Conversion API.
  • Experience using new AI tools to improve processes for yourself and at scale for the organization.
  • Experience with web analytics and e-commerce strategies to drive retail business is preferred.
  • Ability to work from a commutable distance to an approved office or People Team hub location.
  • This position is not eligible for relocation assistance.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $81,921 to $168,660 USD for US-based applicants.
  • Position is eligible for equity.
