Description

  • Design, build, test, deploy, and maintain agentic AI solutions for Commercial Customer Success.
  • Own the full lifecycle of customer-facing AI agents from initial prompt design through production iteration.
  • Integrate AI agents with external systems such as Salesforce, Samsara platform tools, and Customer Success tools.
  • Write and maintain clean Python code for maintainable AI workflows and automations.
  • Define success criteria and evaluation frameworks before development begins.
  • Build automated test suites that cover real-world scenarios, edge cases, and known failure modes.
  • Own deployment, versioning, and rollback plans for each agent.
  • Monitor production performance, including accuracy, latency, failure rates, and customer outcomes.
  • Continuously update agents as product features, playbooks, and data change.
  • Partner with Customer Success stakeholders and cross-functional teams to identify workflow friction and improve outcomes.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of software engineering or technical experience.
  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience with LLMs or AI agents in a production environment.
  • Hands-on experience building and maintaining production LLM-based agents or automations.
  • Strong Python proficiency.
  • Experience connecting AI systems to CRMs, APIs, customer data, and operational tools.
  • Experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Ability to define success metrics and build evaluation frameworks before development starts.
  • Curiosity about Customer Success workflows and customer problems.
  • Judgment to design guardrails and fallback paths for AI systems.
  • Preferred: direct experience with Anthropic Claude or similar LLM APIs.
  • Preferred: experience working with or alongside Customer Success or Revenue Operations teams.
  • Preferred: experience building regression test suites or evaluation frameworks for non-deterministic AI systems.
  • Preferred: familiarity with Salesforce, Gainsight, or similar CRM and Customer Success platforms.
  • Remote position open to candidates residing in the US, except Alaska, Austin Metro, Boulder Metro, California, Chicago Metro, Connecticut, Dallas Metro, Denver Metro, Houston Metro, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, Seattle Metro, and Washington, D.C.
