Description

  • Conduct discreet evaluations of luxury brands in-store, online, or through both channels.
  • Complete purchases, returns, appointments, or other assigned mission-based interactions as part of evaluations.
  • Provide objective feedback on the customer experience through questionnaires and surveys.
  • Choose assignments that match your profile and interests.
  • Comply with project objectives and any special requirements set by the luxury brand.
  • Register on the CXG platform, complete your profile, and obtain verification before accepting assignments.
  • Review the welcome package and pass the general certification to become eligible for missions.
  • Browse and apply for available assignments through the mobile application.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Must be an existing customer of premium or luxury brands.
  • Must not be contractually engaged with any retail brands.
  • Must be punctual, organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
  • Must be observant and passionate about customer experience.
  • No prior experience is required.
  • Must be able to provide honest feedback as a real customer.
