Description

  • Build and nurture relationships with partners through proactive outreach on campaign performance, optimizations, updates, and opportunities.
  • Serve as the main liaison between partners and internal teams to ensure objectives and requirements are met.
  • Develop a deep understanding of partner business goals and turn data into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Own advertiser strategy discussions across targeting, bidding, creative, measurement, and related media decisions.
  • Monitor campaign setup, performance, and troubleshooting to ensure metrics are met and results are communicated clearly.
  • Lead client meetings, present complex solutions, and handle objections, complaints, and resistance professionally.
  • Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities that support revenue goals.
  • Explain Pinterest ad products, features, and best practices to partners and coordinate with cross-functional teams on product questions.
  • Pitch new performance products and campaign best practices at scale.
  • Collaborate with clients to generate and optimize ad creatives using AI-driven insights and emerging AI tools.

Requirements

  • Digital advertising sales experience managing high-value relationships, strategic learning agendas, and client communication.
  • Track record of data-backed storytelling and recommendations.
  • Experience managing forecasts and achieving goals.
  • Strong communication skills in person, by phone, and by email.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Expertise in digital advertising and media sales, including campaign optimization, analytical problem solving, and product/platform knowledge.
  • Technical foundation with experience in Search, Shopping, Display, or Social advertising technologies.
  • Ability to guide creative strategy using AI-generated insights and optimize assets for client objectives.
  • Interest in current AI and digital marketing trends and in recommending innovative AI solutions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in math, economics, marketing, business, engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Must be based in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
  • Willingness to travel to a Pinterest office 1–2 times every 6 months for in-person collaboration.
  • This position is not eligible for relocation assistance.
