Description

  • Support business teams across North America, EMEA, APAC, and Japan to improve solution outcomes and POC success rates.
  • Research key global vertical industries such as gaming, e-commerce, fintech, and SaaS to identify business scenarios and market opportunities.
  • Develop and implement scenario-based industry solutions and support product entry strategies across multiple industries.
  • Advise customers on architectures, patterns, and strategies for using TiDB effectively.
  • Study emerging data technologies and produce high-quality technical content and solution materials.
  • Build industry influence through internal and external technical sharing and best-practice evangelism.
  • Collaborate with customers and field teams to identify data architecture needs and guide solution design.
  • Support the implementation of business initiatives through professional services and technical expertise.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience.
  • Deep expertise in at least one database or big data technology stack and product, with related research or content output.
  • Broad knowledge of data technologies, including RDBMS, distributed systems, and cloud-native data technologies.
  • Experience with industry business and technology scenarios, including SaaS business models and data architecture.
  • Proven ability to abstract scenarios and align them with data architecture.
  • Track record of presenting internally and externally, evangelizing solutions, and enabling field teams.
  • Demonstrated experience selling databases and deploying applications with cloud providers such as AWS, Google Cloud, and Azure.
  • Outstanding communication and program presentation skills.
  • Strong curiosity and a continuous learning mindset in database, cloud computing, big data, and emerging technologies.
  • Spanish and Portuguese are mandatory.
