Description

  • Manage complex, high-spend global accounts and advise on multi-product strategies and multi-vendor integrations.
  • Optimize delivery frameworks and ensure operational readiness across customer engagements.
  • Identify systemic operational risks and coordinate cross-functional resources to mitigate impact.
  • Translate complex business requirements into operational technical strategies for executive stakeholders.
  • Act as a Cluster Lead, mentor peers, and support team development through training content and hands-on guidance.
  • Lead internal programs that improve team efficiency, operational consistency, and technical readiness.
  • Support the development and testing of AI-driven tools by providing feedback on enterprise standards and customer reporting.
  • Represent Ping Identity at regional events and influence Engineering and Product teams to improve the customer experience.
  • Handle sensitive, high-pressure escalations while balancing customer needs with internal roadmap priorities.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of enterprise customer-facing experience in Technical Account Management, Customer Success, Sales Engineering, or Professional Services.
  • Proven track record managing global, highly complex enterprise accounts.
  • Advanced knowledge of cybersecurity, including Zero Trust architectures, secure cloud deployments, and identity integration within security ecosystems.
  • Deep expertise in Identity Management, Access Management, and Federation in multi-vendor environments.
  • Experience using AI productivity tools to improve operational efficiency, troubleshooting, and customer reporting.
  • Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical operational strategies for VP- and C-level audiences.
  • Strong mentorship and leadership skills with a history of enabling peer growth.
  • High technical integrity and the ability to manage sensitive escalations with executive stakeholders.
  • Advanced architectural experience with the Ping Identity suite and APIs is preferred.
  • Deep expertise in SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and enterprise networking protocols is preferred.
  • Experience leading cross-functional task forces or internal efficiency programs is preferred.
