Description

  • Develop and deliver sales and/or marketing strategies aligned with revenue growth, pipeline targets, market share, and brand objectives.
  • Own go-to-market planning, including positioning, messaging, segmentation, channel strategy, and integrated campaign execution.
  • Build and maintain strong client and partner relationships to support acquisition, renewals, retention, upsell, and cross-sell outcomes.
  • Drive structured business development and account planning, including forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reporting.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns across paid, organic, email, content, events, and partnerships while tracking ROI and conversion performance.
  • Use data and customer insights to identify opportunities, improve funnel performance, and inform decision-making.
  • Collaborate with product, operations, finance, and customer teams to improve customer experience and commercial results.
  • Establish or improve playbooks, processes, and KPI frameworks to enable scalable growth across teams.
  • Support leadership activities such as mentoring, onboarding, and performance development where applicable.
  • Maintain compliant marketing and data-handling practices aligned with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) where applicable.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Economics, or a related field.
  • MBA and relevant certifications are advantageous.
  • 5–12+ years of progressive experience across sales, marketing, or commercial roles at mid- to senior level.
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering measurable outcomes such as revenue growth, pipeline contribution, customer acquisition, conversion improvement, or retention.
  • Working knowledge of CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Working knowledge of marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or Eloqua.
  • Working knowledge of analytics and reporting tools such as GA4, Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Experience with advertising platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or Meta Ads, depending on the role.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including presenting recommendations and performance updates to senior leadership.
  • Commercial and analytical capability to interpret data, build business cases, and prioritize activity for impact.
  • Employment terms are governed by contract and applicable UAE employment law, including Federal Decree-Law No. 33 of 2021 and implementing regulations.
