Description

  • Lead and manage Sage Intacct Construction implementations and module add-ons with minimal oversight.
  • Provide timely client support by resolving or escalating support cases within 24 hours.
  • Maintain at least 70% billable utilization while managing time and client expectations effectively.
  • Advise clients on new Sage Intacct functionality and help them plan for future needs.
  • Document activities thoroughly and accurately on timecards to prevent billing disputes.
  • Mentor and guide junior consultants through leveling chats, group discussions, and project support.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers and other consultants to maintain accurate project plans and complete tasks on time.
  • Identify out-of-scope work, support change order creation, and escalate issues as needed.
  • Maintain advanced certification in key Sage Intacct modules, including Construction and SCM.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on Sage Intacct experience, including project implementation and support.
  • Advanced certification in CRE and SCM.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple client engagements independently.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience mentoring or leading teams in a consulting environment.
  • Accounting experience in the construction field.
  • Experience in mid-sized to enterprise-level consulting firms (preferred).
  • Project management certification or equivalent experience (preferred).
  • Prior experience with publisher escalation processes (preferred).
