Description

  • Implement and support Acumatica ERP for new and existing customers.
  • Lead requirements gathering, design, configuration, training, testing, and go-live activities for medium-sized or complex projects.
  • Perform product configuration, data conversion, and go-live support.
  • Provide detailed consulting estimates and implementation project plans.
  • Establish and maintain trusted advisor relationships with customers and resolve business, process, or functional issues.
  • Prepare weekly status reports and proactively communicate project status, issues, and concerns.
  • Follow Acumatica implementation methodologies and internal best practices.
  • Monitor project budgets and manage schedules, deadlines, and workload conflicts.
  • Coach, mentor, and provide quality assurance for less experienced team members.
  • Collaborate with project managers, directors, architects, consulting teams, and client teams to delegate tasks and deliver workstreams.

Requirements

  • Four-year degree in Business, Accounting, MIS, or an equivalent field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of Acumatica implementation and support experience.
  • Experience focused on at least one Acumatica module such as Financial Core, Field Service, Project Accounting, Construction Management, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain Management.
  • Ability to work within a team, adopt a defined methodology, and take ownership of a full-cycle implementation.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Experience working with customer-facing businesses and application functions.
  • Experience communicating with executive-level staff.
  • Experience managing implementations with other consulting staff.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% in the US and Canada.
  • Acumatica certifications are preferred.
  • Experience with a consulting organization or reseller is preferred.
  • Experience as a controller or senior accountant is preferred.
