Description

  • Understand public sector customers’ AI strategies and business-critical challenges to identify the best problem-solution fit.
  • Translate customer requirements into innovative Celonis-based solutions using process intelligence and AI technologies.
  • Lead customer hackathons and rapidly build creative prototypes for complex business problems.
  • Support customers in shifting from rule-based automation to autonomous AI-agent workflows powered by the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform.
  • Execute end-to-end proof-of-value projects, including architecture and delivery of secure, scalable LLM and agent systems with RAG, tools, and guardrails.
  • Integrate solutions with enterprise data, identity, and compliance frameworks.
  • Stay involved through implementation and adoption until agreed value and adoption thresholds are reached.
  • Specialize in specific domains or industries to help scale knowledge across the organization.
  • Demonstrate solutions and business value to executive stakeholders through presentations, readouts, and demos.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, including AI roadmap definition, ROI/TCO business cases, and prototyping machine learning or generative AI solutions.
  • Understanding of generative AI techniques such as RAG, few-shot learning, prompt engineering, multi-agent orchestration, multimodal understanding, or fine-tuning.
  • Understanding of business processes across sectors such as Supply Chain or Finance, with the ability to translate business needs into AI use cases.
  • Good knowledge of Python and common ML libraries such as LangChain, pandas, pydantic, sklearn, and PyTorch, plus data engineering tools and technologies.
  • Strong presentation skills for internal and external stakeholders, including executives, in whiteboarding sessions, formal readouts, and demos.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or related fields preferred, or equivalent work experience.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and German; high level of fluency in German is required.
  • Hands-on experience building agentic systems with LLM orchestration, RAG, function calling, and prompt engineering is a big plus.
  • Working knowledge of LLM ecosystem tools such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or other open-source packages is a plus.
  • Experience deploying and monitoring models at scale across AWS Bedrock, Azure AI, or GCP Vertex is a plus.
  • Security certification (Sicherheitsüberprüfung) up to SÜ2 is a plus.
