Description

  • Receive, own, and resolve support tickets from first contact through to final resolution.
  • Use remote access tools to diagnose and troubleshoot issues within client environments.
  • Analyse, replicate, and resolve support cases in line with escalation guidelines.
  • Liaise with Development, Technical Consulting, management, and third parties to drive issue resolution.
  • Maintain clear, thorough documentation on all support tickets to support continuity and knowledge sharing.
  • Communicate proactively with management about issues as they arise.
  • Provide professional written and verbal communication to clients throughout the support process.
  • Support colleagues when workload or case complexity requires additional help.
  • Travel to client sites and internal meetings as required.

Requirements

  • Solid working knowledge of Sage X3, either as a super user or in a support/consulting role, including technical experience.
  • Confident, professional, and able to work independently with minimal direction.
  • Strong organisational and analytical skills with a methodical approach to problem-solving.
  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with Sage Intacct is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft SQL and/or Crystal Reports is preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office is preferred.
  • Must be able to work full-time in a remote UK-based role.
  • Flexibility to support on-site visits and agreed extended hours when required.

Benefits

  • £38,000 - £40,000 annual salary.
  • 7.5% annual bonus.
  • Remote work from the UK.
  • 20 days of holiday per year, increasing annually to a maximum of 25 days.

  • Bonus scheme eligibility after 6-month probation.
