Description

  • Lead technical discussions with prospect IT, InfoSec, and technical architecture stakeholders.
  • Translate customer requirements into clear responses on platform, authentication, security, backup, business continuity, and data integration topics.
  • Prepare and support RFI, RFP, and InfoSec questionnaire responses.
  • Run prospect meetings and on-site workshops to address technical concerns and move opportunities forward.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Security, Customer Success, Legal, and Marketing on deal strategy and messaging.
  • Interpret technical and security requirements, map them to platform strengths, and identify deal risks.
  • Develop and standardize technical content and thought leadership materials.
  • Build trust and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including CTOs, CISOs, and CIOs.
  • Support customers and internal teams implementing APIs and connectors into their data architecture.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in technical pre-sales or a similar role.
  • Experience in technical presales/engineering, technical implementation, or network/server administration.
  • Experience working with REST-based APIs; ETL experience is a plus.
  • Experience in support roles such as implementation support or pre-sales engineering.
  • Technical consulting or implementation experience, preferably with enterprise planning software.
  • Experience in technology-enabled business transformation projects.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong presentation and organization skills.
  • Strong leadership and people development skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and share marketing knowledge and best practices with peers.
  • Strong problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to travel up to 30%.
  • BS/BA degree preferred.
  • Experience with RFP collaboration tools such as Ombud and demo tools such as Consensus is a plus.
