Description

  • Develop and deliver enablement programs for partner sales, presales, and delivery teams across North America.
  • Develop and deliver enablement programs for GTM roles such as AEs, BDRs, and CSMs.
  • Create and execute trainings, certifications, and enablement materials including field guides, workshops, sales collateral, webinars, and LMS-based courses.
  • Ensure enablement content and programming are regionally relevant and aligned with North American market needs.
  • Partner with internal subject matter experts to translate product and solution expertise into scalable enablement assets.
  • Lead onboarding programs for new North American partners and create structured onboarding journeys with milestones and success metrics.
  • Support communication and enablement for product updates, new releases, and GTM changes to regional partners.
  • Coordinate enablement logistics across North America, including scheduling, delivery cadence, tracking participation, and follow-ups.
  • Act as the primary regional liaison between partners, Regional Partner Account Managers, and Global Partner Enablement.
  • Identify enablement gaps, maintain content accuracy and relevance, and contribute to global enablement initiatives and special projects.

Requirements

  • 4-7 years of experience in partner enablement, sales enablement, channel management, or a related role.
  • Experience working in a high-growth SaaS environment, with Enterprise B2B experience preferred.
  • Strong program management skills with the ability to execute multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Experience designing, delivering, and measuring training in virtual and in-person formats.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with GTM, Product, Delivery, and Professional Services teams.
  • Experience with LMS and CMS platforms such as Letter.AI, Skilljar, Notion, Consensus, and Articulate.
  • Experience with certification programs and structured onboarding frameworks.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Knowledge of FP&A, technical knowledge of EPM, and planning software is a plus.
