Description

  • Provide 3rd line support to customers and resolve complex technical issues across cloud applications and infrastructure.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose issues on Azure platforms, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Use ITSM tools to log, track, manage, and update customer tickets with accurate documentation.
  • Conduct cloud service enhancements through performance tuning and operational improvements.
  • Assist in developing automation scripts for cloud services to reduce manual work.
  • Work alongside the DevOps team to provide insight and support for automation and service improvements.
  • Collaborate with team members and customers to diagnose and resolve issues promptly.
  • Support service delivery in a fast-paced, shift-based environment while adapting to changing priorities.

Requirements

  • Current experience in a 2nd/3rd line support role within an MSP environment.
  • Solid experience managing and optimising cloud services, particularly in Azure.
  • Microsoft Azure Administrator certification (AZ-104).
  • Understanding of ITIL.
  • Ability to prioritise work with minimal supervision and use initiative to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to understand and use PowerShell and Azure CLI to facilitate automation.
  • Practical understanding of system architecture, networking, and administration.
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience and knowledge working with an ITSM tool.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, shift-based work environment and adapt to changing priorities and demands.
  • Ability to gain SC security clearance, including 5+ years living in the UK and no criminal record.
  • BPSS check required as part of the recruitment process.
