Description

  • Oversee the daily activities of the Inside Sales Team and manage escalations.
  • Coach team members through regular 1:1s and performance check-ins to help them meet weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to develop and execute quarterly call campaigns.
  • Coordinate budgets and implement sales strategies to achieve overall sales objectives.
  • Develop new product scripts and advanced qualifying questions for call campaigns.
  • Maintain and improve inside sales processes, lead generation, and quarterly project planning.
  • Develop and publish weekly and monthly performance dashboard reports using CRM activity details and call metrics.
  • Prepare and present quarterly performance analysis to senior management on bookings, lead generation, meetings, and quote opportunities.
  • Create monthly project summaries for stakeholders with project timelines, site counts, and success metrics.
  • Influence internal and external stakeholders, including Sales Administration Management, C-level leaders, and Marketing, to remove obstacles and support team goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is required.
  • 2+ years of inside sales management experience.
  • 2+ years of sales experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with sales automation tools.
  • Strong sales coaching and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop customer relationships that secure future and recurring business.
  • Ability to drive sales growth and achieve team goals.
  • Enthusiasm for working with a professional selling team.
