Description

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to capture market share and meet ambitious revenue targets.
  • Represent Phillips Corporation at industry events and present solutions to prospective customers.
  • Use the company CRM to track opportunities and gather market intelligence.
  • Prepare proposals and product justifications for high-end machine tool solutions.
  • Build relationships with discerning manufacturing customers and act as a trusted sales partner.
  • Promote and sell the assigned product line, including 5-axis machines, Swiss machines, VTLs, EDMs, box way lathes and mills, gun drills, grinders, and HMCs.

Requirements

  • Proven success in high-end machine tool sales with a history of exceeding sales targets.
  • Deep technical understanding of machining processes.
  • Hands-on experience as a machinist, programmer, or manufacturing engineer is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel extensively throughout Georgia.
  • Experience selling or supporting 5-axis technology is a significant advantage.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to deliver persuasive product presentations and justifications.
  • Ability to work with a data-driven CRM and use market insights effectively.

Benefits

  • Expected base pay of $70,000 to $100,000 annually, plus commission.
  • Pay is based on market conditions and individual contribution.
