Description

  • Travel throughout the state with the field service team to support customer sites.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues affecting CNC machinery and manufacturing operations.
  • Repair CNC equipment to restore safe and productive operation.
  • Install CNC machinery at customer locations.
  • Work directly with customers to remove technical roadblocks and keep processes running smoothly.
  • Build strong, solution-driven relationships with partners and customers.
  • Learn from expert technicians through hands-on field experience.
  • Contribute to the Phillips Community’s service and support mission.

Requirements

  • Strong mechanical aptitude.
  • Background in mechatronics and engineering is preferred.
  • Currently pursuing a technical certificate or equivalent technical education is acceptable.
  • Significant hands-on experience is acceptable.
  • Relentless desire to learn something new every day.
  • Ability and willingness to travel statewide.
  • Interest in working with CNC machinery and manufacturing technology.
  • Ability to work in a temporary, hands-on internship setting.
