Description

  • Build Python and SQL data pipelines to ingest invoices, orders, and catalogs.
  • Perform historical backfills using SFTP and APIs and manage Airflow DAGs.
  • Configure customer instances, including custom fields, product filtering logic, and sales workflows.
  • Manage SSO setup and user provisioning for new customer rollouts.
  • Use AI coding assistants and LLMs to speed up script generation, data mapping, and debugging.
  • Serve as a technical point of contact for customers and translate complex data issues into clear updates.
  • Own project milestones and implementation progress from kickoff through go-live.
  • Build Workato recipes and connect customer ERPs through APIs and webhooks.
  • Triage HubSpot support tickets, debug data discrepancies, and deploy production fixes.
  • Maintain customer data mappings and internal technical runbooks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 4 years of experience in data engineering, ETL, or related roles.
  • Strong SQL skills for data analysis and validation.
  • Proficiency in Python scripting for data processing.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably GCP, including Cloud Storage and Cloud Functions.
  • Understanding of REST APIs, JSON and CSV data formats, and Git workflows.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with workflow orchestration tools such as Apache Airflow is preferred.
  • Familiarity with integration platforms such as Workato or Zapier is preferred.
  • Exposure to CRM tools such as HubSpot or Asana is preferred.
  • Knowledge of eCommerce or sales data models such as products, orders, and opportunities is preferred.
