Description

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to operations and management teams.
  • Prepare, maintain, and organize documentation, reports, and internal records.
  • Maintain digital filing systems and ensure records are accurate and up to date.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, operational tasks, and task tracking.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to support smooth communication and workflow.
  • Handle internal communications and correspondence through email, phone, or messaging platforms.
  • Route inquiries and requests to the appropriate departments or personnel.
  • Prepare professional email responses and supporting documentation when needed.
  • Enter and maintain operational data in internal systems and prepare reports and spreadsheets for management review.
  • Assist with clerical tasks, internal processes, reporting requirements, and special projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in administrative support or office coordination roles.
  • Experience working in a professional business environment is required.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple administrative tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving and coordination abilities.
  • Professional communication and interpersonal skills.
